The bellow is the article about us often afraid of, even as theoretically we should just afraid of God supreme to this world round and the destiny, this feeling can make us stress. However, the reality says different, read the next, who is the real Boss.
It’s a wonder and an extreme case of superfluous fears and suspicions that man is scared of man. Boss is afraid of boss, the big boss is petrified of his bigger boss and the bigger boss is terrified of his big boss and in turn he too is horrified of his bigger boss so on and so forth…..it goes on till a situation arrives when nobody knows who actually bosses them all?? We wake up in the middle of the night if we have a call for mid-night duty. Willingly or unwillingly we dress up and get set and go. We are extremely cautious in carrying out our duties with the least intention of committing a mistake, for then, who will answer the boss? What if we are fired? What will happen to the family? Who will manage all that is my responsibility? And what if this and what if that and finally one just cannot afford to go ‘WRONG’. Wrong with ones Boss one won’t let it happen, wrong with ones conscience does hardly matter for nobody can fire then. Won’t be losing job rather play with your conscience by your whims and keep playing till your boss cannot catch you.
Being immoral, wicked, dishonest, illegal, sinful, iniquitous or unethical is just a part of living. Living with worldly pleasure and leisure. Call from the boss rush to him. Palms sweat, heart beats turn panicky. Does the same happen when we think of HIM who is the Boss of all Bosses? Creator of all creatures big and small, my boss and your boss and his boss. What if he summons you any instance of your life? Are you ready to face him? Did you take extra pains to avoid mistakes to keep your conscience clean……and, yes, ready for the day to face the boss of all bosses??

Swimsuits for Your Shape
These genius style tricks and super flattering suits will turn even the most swimsuit-wary gal into a certified sun goddess
If you want to slim the hips...
Don't go wild on bottom. The less going on there, well-the less going on there!
Do bring focus up with a top in a lighter color, or with fun details or a pretty pattern.
Do go for a fairly high-cut bottom to create the illusion of longer, leaner legs.
The best swimsuits for pear shapes:
you want to boost a small bust ...
Don't rule out an underwire. "It gives shape to small busts," says Suze Yalof Schwartz.
Do go for extras like ruffles, beading and pleating. They add bulk and visual interest.
Don't do bandeau. "They'll flatten you out even more," says Suze Yalof Schwartz.
If you want some belly control...
Don't go for shine. It highlights every lump and bump. Matte is much better.
Do skip tankinis unless you find one with an un-clingy top, like the striped style above.
Do show some skin. A high-cut leg or low-cut top draws eyes away from your middle.
The best tummy-trimming swimsuits:
If you want to support a big bust...
Do nix triangle tops if you're bigger than a D-cup-not enough support.
Don't do high necklines unless you want a unibust. Didn't think so.
Do know that underwire or a hidden bra is a must if your top's not a halter.
The best swimsuits for big busts:
If you want to flatter your curves...
Don't run from stripes. Just be sure they're vertical or angled across your body.
Don't say no to bikinis. Just avoid thin string ties, which can dig and create bulges.
Do try a wrap style if you have a thick middle - it's a waist whittler!

The Stress Mechanism’s Effect on the Body
Today, the “fight of flight” response is still useful if a physical reaction (such as dodging a speeding car) is called for, or if we have to meet some short term psychological challenge (such as giving a speech or taking on exam). Our bodies are equipped to handle stress without damage, if we are able to relax after we have mobilized our physical resources and taken the short term action that was called for. After the stressful situation has passed, we need a chance to regain our original balance state. What is known as our bodily homeostasis. Just as our bodies need to maintain a normal temperature of about 37oC most of the time, so do they need to keep other aspect of functioning in balance most of the time. These aspects include blood pressure, the volume of fluids, and the level of hormones in the blood.
Trouble arises when one arousal reaction is piled on top of another and the body does not get a chance to return to normal. Many of our modern stressors are psychological. We can neither fight them nor flee them. Stress tends to build up and disrupt our body’s functioning, particularly through the action of hormones released by the endocrine glands under stress. Epinephrine, for example, may keep muscles tense and the blood pressure and heart rate high for several days, or even longer. It may also interfere with the immune system, lowering our resistance to disease. As a result, we may develop one or more of many different, subtle symptoms without even being aware of the degree of stress we are under.

Marriage, Parenthood, and Other Close Ties
American culture values “rugged individualism” and “going it alone”; our need for warm human relationships is sometimes denied or viewed as a sign of weakness. Nevertheless, most of us try to achieve close personal ties with relatives, friends, and sexual partners, and some of us choose to have children as well. Such relationships can help give us a sense of our own value as human beings. They can also help satisfy a number of emotional needs. Each of us needs intimacy: A close, loving relationship allows us to express our thoughts freely and to feel that we can trust another person with our deepest feelings. Each of us needs reassurance of worth, the feeling that we are valued and considered special by the meaningful people in our lives. Each of us needs a sense of support the knowledge that there are people to whom we can turn for help. And each of us needs nurturance; we need both to care for other and to be cared for by others.
No one relationship can fill all of a person’s emotional needs. Regardless of whether a person is married or single, he or she also needs the special closeness and sense of sharing that can develop between friends, siblings, parents and children, and other relatives, sometimes even between coworkers. We are going to focus on marriage and parenthood, because they are options that are selected by many people in our culture who want to devote attention to other phases of long term relationships, including courtship and cohabitation (“living together”). And we will discuss the single lifestyle: today, not everyone assumes that the heterosexual married couple is the only natural and vital adult lifestyle, and the United States has a larger, more vocal and more political influential population of single people ever before.

Can Cigarettes Create Physical Dependence?
The answer to this question is “probably yes-at least in some people. “ If a Person smokes and has not been able to break the habit, he or she may have a true physical
The Action Of Nicotine
Here’s how nicotine works in the body when a person smokes a cigarette. Inhaling cigarette smoke brings nicotine directly to the lungs, where it is transferred through the thin membranes of the lung tissue into the bloodstream. Pumped out through the aorta, one-fourth of the nicotine soon passes directly into the brain, where it stimulates nicotine receptors. As a result, the brain releases chemicals that, in turn, stimulate the cardiovascular system. The hearth beats faster and the blood pressure goes up.
Meanwhile, the remainder of the inhaled nicotine is carried in the bloodstream to the rest of the body, where it acts at a number of nicotine receptor sites in body cells. Not only does it stimulate the gastrointestinal tract, it also causes the adrenal gland to release epinephrine, causing the “fight or flight “ reaction . The hearth beat increases by fifteen to twenty five beat per minute; the pupils of the eyes and the bronchioles of the lungs dilate, and the blood vessels in the fingers and toes constrict . Thermograms, or heat pictures, of smoker’s hand and feet clearly show the drop in temperature in fingers and toes after a cigarette is smoke. Epinephrine also stimulates the breakdown of glycogen to glucose in the tisues.

Cigarettes Create Physical Dependence
What Psychological Presure Influence People To Smoke
It’s possible that some people use cigarettes, at least in part, as a drug to help them deal with psychological problems.
• Among men, those who have more emotional problems and are less sociable are more likely to keep smoking
• Smokers who are hard-driving, competitive, and overloaded with work are less likely to quit than those who are less driven
• Some smokers show a tendency to use other drugs. One expert says, “smokers consumes more coffee, more alcohol, more psychotropic (mind-altering) drugs, more marijuana, and more aspirin than do nonsmokers.”
SMOKING AND THINKING
You ‘ve seen it countless times , and if you smoke, you’ve certainly done it; student stand in the hall outside a classroom, smoking before an exam begins. Ask them why they do it, and many will say it makes them calm. Other will say that a cigarette helps them concrete. In fact, though, smoking may actually interfere with a person’s ability to think. That is the conclusion of a recent study in which a group of subjects were asked to recall a series of words they had had a chance to study before being tasted . Those subjects who were smokers were not able to remember as many of the words from the list as the nonsmokers could; the difference was statistically significant, furthermore, the smokers had less tendency to put the words from the list into logical categories as they wrote them down.
So if you know some one who smokes before taking an exam or facing any other situation that requires clear thinking , you might call attention to the fact that smoking reduces thinking. The person will do better without the cigarette.

SOCIAL GROUPS TO SMOKE
SOCIAL GROUPS TO SMOKE
Of course, advertising and high-powered public relations campaigns don’t act on all of us equally. If they did, we would all be smokers. Other social pressures and our own psychological needs influence us as well, making some findings about the role of peer pressure and other social pressure in smoking;
• Smokers tend to have mates who smoke. One study found, for example, that among young women smokers, 68% had boyfriend or husbands who smoke.
• Blue- collar men have the highest smoking rates of all the social class/sex categories. Among women workers, how ever , it is the white collar woman who high rates; more of them smoke than blue collar woman workers
• Although smoking among teenagers in general has decreased recently, smoking among teenage girls has increased. Recent survey data on adolescents smoking habits reveal that by ages seventeen to nineteen, smoking is more prevalent among females than among males.
It’s risky to make broad generalizations about the meaning of these statistics, but they do underscore;
1. How importance some blue collar men may feel it is to maintain although, macho image
2. How rapidly women’s behavior and self-image are changing in our society (this last may be reflected in the change in teenage girls’ smoking, too)

CIGARETTES, THE POWER OF THE IMAGE I
One reason smoking is so prevalent today is that it has become a well-established part of our culture. When cigarette manufacturing first became a major industry at the turn of the century, the typical smoker was a middle-class working man. But during the 1920s men of all professions and backgrounds turned to the cigarette. Fashionable young women joined them; perhaps they thought smoking made them seem more sophisticated. By the beginning of the 1940s, advertising had started to build shining images for cigarettes.
Smokers seemed to be the heroes of the day-fighter pilots, soldier in the foxhole, tank driver, good-looking doctors, pretty nurses-and the word was trumpeted on the radio, in the newspapers and on billboards across the country. Then, after World War II, came the visual suggestion that cigarettes smokers were the good guy. The smoker was a tough, hand some private detective in a trench coat. The right cigarette became a sexual lure, attracting sweater-girl pinup beauties into the waiting arms of handsome young men. One cigarette advertiser even conferred a kind of medical certification on smoking, claiming that more doctors smoked their cigarettes than any other leading brands.
